MCE was founded in 2009 by Ed Malmanis, PE after having provided environmental engineering and consulting services to industrial, commercial, and financial clients throughout the United States for more than 30 years. His experience as an Engineer and Manager in chemical plants and refineries, as Vice president of a National Remediation firm, and as a Principal Consultant for Environmental Assessments for a national consulting firm provides MCE a thorough and practical foundation for solving its Clients problems. MCE has developed a network of strategic partners to create multi-disciplined teams of professionals that can address the most challenging environmental issues.
